Chad from Roofiant came on-site to properly install a dryer vent on the roof of my condo.  A dryer vent cleaning company came out a couple of days earlier and completely messed up the reinstallation of the dryer vent causing water to get into my home.  Chad was able to come out the morning after I made the call for service and did an OUTSTANDING job, even in a light rain.  He also checked the other two vent pipe collars to make sure they were good and ended up caulking around them.  I would recommend Roofiant for any service they perform.

We are very happy with our new asphalt shingle roof by Roofiant Exteriors.  Chad, owner of the company is professional, diligent, sincere and friendly, and he and his hard working team gave their time and attention to detail throughout the work.  When a couple of unforeseen problems arose Chad explained what he thought should be done and why and we had no hesitation in taking his advice.  Importantly, we feel confident Chad will be there for us should the need arise.  He also took many photos and drone pictures before, during and on completion and shared these with us. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from a roofing company. These guys are awesome. Super efficient, equality work and the nicest guys you'll ever meet. The owner was present everyday during the installation process and went above and beyond when we ran into unforeseen problems with our chimneys. Roofiant did an outstanding job through the whole process of taking off the old roof on my 1852 house,which was metal with wooden shingles under the metal.That same day they had all new 4'×8' sheeting put on with water & ice barrier,& perlings to screw the metal roof too.The next day the roof was completely done , and the house was prepped with new white aluminum metal for the new gutters.On the third day I came home from work and all new seamless gutters where installed with gutter guards screwed on the gutters which keeps the leaves out and really strengthens the gutters.They cleaned up any mess there was and ran their magnet tool all around just in case any screws got away in the grass.I would recommend them to anyone I know!

I contracted Roofiant to replace a slate roof with aspalt shingles, as well as repairing some issues with soffits and fascia.  Chad was very prompt in providing an estimate that was quite reasonable,  and the work started relatively quickly.  Chad kept me well informed through the process, and he and his work crew were very professional.  The main work was completed after a few days, and the cleanup of material and debris was very careful and complete.  The finished roof looks great and I expect it will serve use well.  I'd recommend Roofiant for any roofing or other exterior projects.

Excellent experience and installation from top to bottom. The company was thorough and took the time to do everything the correct way. This was our first roof we’ve had to replace so it was important that it was done right. Please give them an opportunity. Everything was exceptional.

Chad and the team replaced the gutters on my house. Everything was super easy throughout the process, from quote to scheduling to completing the work. The end product looks great, and the final invoice even came in under the quote I was given up front since they ended up using less material than initially estimated. Not sure how many contractors out there would have willingly charged me less than the initial quote given that I wouldn’t have known one way or the other how much material was used. Chad’s a really easy guy to work with. He repaired my roof and replaced a gutter, and I couldn’t be happier. He’s honest, does great work, and treats you right. No pressure, no surprises—just quality work at a fair price. It’s nice supporting a local business that actually cares about its customers.
